Approach

From site to spinning turbine.

We finance the three things every new power plant needs before it produces a single megawatt-hour: equipment, land and a capital structure that holds.

01

Turbine Finance

Turbines are the long lead item in new generation. Manufacturing slots are reserved years ahead, and deposits fall due long before a project earns revenue. We finance reservations, manufacturing milestones and delivery, so developers hold their place in the queue without giving away the project.

Reservation and slot deposits
Milestone and progress payments
Equipment-backed lending
Delivery and installation bridges
02

Power Land

The best sites already have what a plant needs: interconnection, fuel access, water and the right zoning. We acquire and finance land with those attributes and carry it through entitlement until it is ready to build.

Site acquisition
Interconnection-ready parcels
Entitlement and permitting capital
Long-term ground leases
03

Project Banking

Once equipment and land are secured, we arrange the capital stack that carries a project to commercial operation, and we stay alongside our partners after it.

Construction and bridge financing
Structured and mezzanine capital
Co-investment alongside sponsors
